It's been about 2 years since I purchased N30DH a 1967 260 conversion, enjoying every flight. My question is that I've been reading alot on the Cessna Pilots Association page about rigging or re-rigging. Did this plane undergo any rigging tunning when the conversion was done Dec. 1996? I feel like I'm not flying straight! I do have one problem, that is when the ball is centered on the Century autopilot, the ball in the TC in 1/4 off to the right, when centered in the TC it's just the opposite on the autopilot, any ideas, and should I consider the Re-rigging???

When you are parked on level ground are both balls centered?
If it was rigged in 96 it may need to be rigged again. The rigging changes with use, cables can stretch, pulleys wear, hanger rash, worn rod ends, chains and sprockets wear. All of these items can make it out of rig. CPA or COO had a very good article on rigging procedures that I haven't been able to find. To do it right can take a couple days, but sometimes a couple hours can make a difference.
