I after having my rear seat out for 450 of the last 500 hours I have made the decision to go with the F. Attlee Dodge removable folding rear seats. They are only STC’d for the early narrow 182’s but with all of their STC paperwork the 337 went well. The installation time is going to be about 20 hours because of the modifications that we made for a clean installation in my H model. Installing them a second time would be much faster and easier. Since they are made for the narrow models there is now a 6” space between the rear seats. They are also about 20 lbs. lighter than the stock rear seat. I don’t think they would be as comfortable as the stock seat for a long flight but I don’t sit in the back anyway. When the seats are folded or removed it leaves rails with adjustable tie down rings.

Glen,

Do you have a picture or web site?

The manufacture is in Alaska and they don’t have a web site. I will take some pictures and post them. They come unupholstered. One side is complete and it feels good with no upholstery but you are tight against the side.

I also plan on taking pictures of an exhaust extension I made which seems to keep the exhaust stains off the belly.
