Has anyone had any experience investigating both the availability and feasibility of installing air conditioning in one of Todd's creations?
Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

If you have a 24 volt plane & can deal with 42.5 lbs mounted aft of the baggage door, the Northcoast system might be doable...

I would think the additional 45 amp A/C load would necessitate an alternator upgrade, though...
Per their website...
Kelly Aerospace has completed the development of the Cessna 182 Model P,Q,R, and FAA STC has been approved.

I picked up an Expo advertisement from Kelly and their new air conditioning system looks interesting. It appears it is certified for our airplanes and installing a larger capacity alternator should not really be a problem. Their web site is www.kellyaerospace.com.
