The November 2002 issue of "Aviation Safety" magazine has as its page 1 lead article a discussion of the interplay of altitude and speed during the approach and landing phases of flight.
The article is entitled "Landing Long", but focuses on the question of poor energy management during the approach. Of course, this is also what Todd Peterson drums into our heads when he introduces us to the 260SE.
But the explanation in the article does a nice job of explaining the physics in a clear way. Since we have the ability to bring it in at a much slower speed than virtually all other comparable aircraft, the article drives home the true benefits of our aircraft.
The magazine is available on the web at www.aviationsafetymagazine.com and current issues are available for non-subscribers to read. Prior issues will require a subscription and a log-in to the site.
