Todd, where does one get the clear gap seal tape used on the bottom of the canards?
I've looked at Aircraft-Spruce & 3M and came up empty each time.
The tape on N735GH is not adhering in some spots and needs to be replaced.
Thanks
Adam

Note that if you have your airplane teflon-coated (e.g., Wingwaxers) to protect the paint, the canard gap seal tape will NOT stick.

The gap seal tape was installed by Todd and has been sticking its best for about 2 years. It has just decided recently to give up.
I don't think the area where the tape is located has been teflon-coated.

It probably does not make any difference whether or not it is installed, but it is not sticking any more and I would like to get it replaced.
The canard gap seal tape was installed by Todd, it is a 2" wide strip of clear tape (thicker than packing tape) that runs spanwise underneath the canard to cover the gap between the movable and fixed parts.

I apologize for being late with the info. We are finishing up a bunch of airplanes and I just haven't had the time to keep up with the forum.
The tape I use for gap sealing in 3M Scotchcal Paint Protection Film. You can get it at your local NAPA or auto parts store usually.
To be honest I don't really know if the seals really help all that much. They sure don't hurt anything and they may help a little.
